Dutailier Custom Fabrics Program guidelines - COM Customer's Own Materials

 

COM Program Instructions - Customer Provided materials


1. $50 customs surcharge applies to all COM orders
2. Only Upholstery fabrics will be accepted
3. Fabric must measure at least 54 inches in width
4. No Vinyl or leather accepted
5. Fabrics used for draperies, curtains, bedspreads, etc... are not accepted
6. Fabric must not need matching, plain or small pattern is recommended; for large patterns extra 1-2 yards are recommended
7. Make sure the quantity of fabric shipped meets the Yardage Requirement
8. In order to protect the material, fold outside in and, if possible, put in a plastic bag before putting fabric in the shipping box
9. Allow for 6-8 weeks production, starting when the fabric is delivered to the factory in Canada
10. We recommend that you have your fabric Scotchguarded before shipping; Dutailier does not Scotchguard COM fabrics
11. Please ship your fabric to Nurture Center, 606 Ferry St, Martinez, CA 94553
