Basics of Nursing your Baby

Lactation expert Mary Marine (IBCLC) addresses breastfeeding issues in this class designed especially for pregnant and nursing moms. Essentials such as increasing milk production, latching, pumping, and how to avoid common ailments associated with breastfeeding are covered in this informative hour.

Cost: $25.00 a session. We meet each Tuesday from 1pm to 2pm at The Nurture Center, 3399 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette,CA 94549. Reservations needed. Please contact Mary at 925-522-0494 to reserve your place.
