LilyPadz Nursing PadsLilyPadz PadsLilyPadz Nursing Pads are a revolutionary alternative to traditional nursing pads. No more uncomfortable, bulky, leaky nursing pads! These thin, flexible, self-adhesive silicone nursing pads provide incredible leakage protection for breastfeeding moms. LilyPadz special soft, flexible and non-absorbent material conform to your breast for a secure fit that actually helps to prevent breast milk leaks -- and they're invisible under your clothing!

LilyPadz unique design provides you with a layer of protection that helps to prevent breast milk leakage, so there's nothing to absorb -- you and your clothes stay dry. Made of pure, flexible, silicone (the same material in many baby bottle nipples), LilyPadz ?breathe? and keep you comfortable all day and night.

LilyPadz nursing pads are easy to use. Simply place the LilyPadz over your nipple with the self-adhesive side toward your skin. Press the center of the LilyPadz onto the nipple and smooth out over your breast. Just lift off the LilyPadz to nurse your baby and then re-apply after feeding.

Unlike other nursing pads, LilyPadz can be rinsed and reused over and over. Just wash with mild soap and water, rinse, and air-dry before re-applying. Since LilyPadz dry almost instantly, you have no downtime in the laundry like other reusable nursing pads. (It's recommended that you wash LilyPadz at least once a day or whenever they become soiled.) You can even sterilize your LilyPadz. Just place in boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes. With proper use and care, your LilyPadz should last for months.

Great for any time you want to go without a bra (like sleeping!), for wearing under shear clothing, without a bra, or under a bathing suit.

Most women have found that they like to have two pairs of LilyPadz - one to use and one spare pair.

These are great to be able to wear a sports bra!! I wore them overnight and got mastitis though because the milk stays in them, so I would advise against sleeping in them and making sure to keep them very clean! user review

I absolutely love this product. I have been nursing for over 8 months now and have been using THE SAME BREAST PADS. No; not just the same brand but the very same two breast pads I brought to the hospital when I gave birth. These things are the coolest things. As long as you keep them clean, they will adhere to the breasts and stop leakage just as the description promises.

Furthermore, these are also great if you are planning on returning to work while pumping/ continuing to nurse. They are very thin and the profiles are smooth so you won't have to worry about that bulky/ obviously-nursing look which ruins many a beautiful blouse.

At first I had a little problem getting them absolutely clean but I then I used my body glove to scrub them while I was in the shower and voila! I have not been tempted to write another review of any other products I have but I just can't believe more women have not discovered the wonder of these things.

Another possible drawback is that the pads by nature don't allow for air circulation. I suggest removing them for as long as you can for a few hours a day so the skin around your nipples can breathe... Removing each pad after a feeding works well for me but you will know what works best for you. In any case; take a look at the price. That's all I have spent on pads in 8 months. What a bargain and an even bigger convenience. Kudos to the makers of Lily-Padz. A great shower gift too if you know someone who is expecting to breastfteed. user review

These are so great, but I just wish the stickyness would last longer. I have no complaints though.

I do have to say that at first, I did experience a little itching, but I'm pretty sure that was just due to the fact I was putting something new on that I'd never felt before. It went away within a few hours.

And they do work well to prevent leaks, but just to be sure, check every now user review

Forget those bulky, lumpy disposable breastpads, these are the only ones you will ever need when out and about. They work by depressing your nipple, thus avoiding unwanted leaking. They are undetectable under shirts with a bra on. They allow a nursing mom to wear "normal" clothes again without the fear of leaking or the nasty outline of a disposable/washable breastpad. A must have for all nursing moms!! user review

Why did it take so long for someone to think of this!!!! I wish I had it for my other baby.

It works fantastic, never a leak, never an infection, never a problem. And I produce milk like crazy since my son is only one month old and I have not regulated yet.

Best buy yet for me!!!!

FYI - be sure to clean them properly (use white vinegar), be sure to use the lowest setting if blow drying them, and be sure to attach them fully to avoid leaks. If there is even a small area that is not covered your milk can accumulate there and even leak if left too long. user review

I really like Lily Padz. They are more discrete than disposable or hemp reusable pads under shirts (no weird wrinkles or lumps). They are easy to put on and clean too. The stickiness has lasted for 6 months for me (using them on average once per week).

There is one downside though, they trap the milk between you and the pad, so when you take it off, the milk has to go somewhere. I've had several "fountain experiences" after taking them off. user review

My lactation consultant informed me that if you use these regularly they will reduce milk production. Something about the suction. I find them confusing and hard to use. Wish I had a gift receipt. user review

Excellent product. They must be kept clean and dry when not in use, but excellent for discreet leakage protection. user review

I liked the thought of these, but washing them is not as easy as they claim. Mine turned cloudy after only a few times washing them. I don't think it was the city water or the type of soap. Cleaning was not easily done. user review
