I have used this pump for two children now and absolutely love it. It's easy to use and efficient, I could get almost an ounce a minute (once I was used to pumping). The two speeds make it very comfortable because the faster speed gets the milk flowing. I also like that it's super easy to stop, in case the baby or my toddler need me, i'm not stuck for the duration of the session. user review

I picked this up when we were traveling so I could pack light and not bring the electric pump. It was perfect for me to be able to pump and go to a movie while baby was with grandparents! user review

I have a medela In Style electric pump for work, but needed a hand pump for going out, i.e. out to dinner, to a play, movie. This pump is small enough to fit in my purse and quiet enough to use in a public restroom without being too obvious. It works wonderfully. This is a great pump. user review

This works really well for me and I'm glad I didn't purchase a more expensive pump BUT I don't pump very often or much at a time. If I was, I would get an electric pump. user review

Ten years ago, with my first child, I used a manual pump from a different manufacturer that was THE manual pump to purchase at the time. I hated it. However, products tend to improve with time so, ten years later with my second child, I decided to try this pump based on reviews I read. I must say that I am very impressed with how easy it is to use this pump. I am able to pump 4 ounces in ten minutes without my hands getting tired. I had planned to also purchase an electric, but have now decided to pass. I also love how easy it is to clean. user review

I used this a few times while my daughter was breast feeding to get my supply up. It was fine for a few times, but I quickly purchased a dual Medela pump. This pump is good for only a short time of pumping, it made my hands tired.
