If you are a local customer, and plan to pick up your birth tub, there are no shipping charges. The store location is in Lafayette, CA, the San Fransisco bay area, and we are open 7 days a week. We do ship the waterbirth tubs nationwide, the cost is $50 and that includes our shipping to arrive at your house by the 'needed by date' and the prepaid return shipping label we give you to ship it back after you're done.

Please note that Aquadoula tubs do not qualify for any free shipping promotions, due to the size and weight of this item. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but there is a surcharge of $100 to cover the increased shipping cost. That does include your prepaid return shipping label. We can add the charge to your order after you checkout online.

The AquaDoula is the original portable spa developed specifically for labor and waterbirth. It is an ideal birth tub for moms planning a home birth.

Please note that this tub does not heat up from cold water. The birth tub needs to be filled from a warm water tap. You also need to supply your own garden hose to fill up the Aquadoula tub.

Each AquaDoula Tub rental includes:

• Handy Faucet-hose Adapter for easy filling from a warm water tap
• Submersible Pump for easy draining in about 20 to 30 minutes.
• Floating thermometer for worry-free water temperature monitoring.
• One Form-fit AquaDoula Disposable Liner (latex free) makes for easy cleaning.
• One pair of Shoulder Length Disposable Gloves (latex free).

Rental reservations must be confirmed with a signed Water Birth Rental Contract prior to shipping. Please download the Water Birth Rental Contract here. Your birthing tub reservation is not confirmed until we receive the contract. We will cancel any orders that we receive if the contract is not received within 2 days of the order.
