I love this carrier. I confess when we first bought it, I was a little concerned how a baby carrier would look on me, a guy....but having used this and worn my baby in it, I can say that it is truly a comfortable and very guy-appropriate carrier. The weight distrbution does not put undue pressure on my back.My wife uses the Ergo too with just a few simple adjustments of the straps...and she finds it easy to nurse in. Highly recommend! user review

We used this carrier a ton from about 12 months to 18 months. We even took my son to Europe and used it. It's well worth the cost. The only down side is that it is hard to use by yourself - you really need someone to help you get your child into it. I just bought a second one because I now have twins. user review

We are starting to use this carrier all of the time now. I love it as it has great support and it's versatile. It is a sure thing to put our daughter fast asleep when she is resisting. I have even got her on my back by myself in it with a little help from the mirror. I know this will get use for many months to come! user review

Wonderful carrier! I bought the Baby Bjorn and for some reason my son wasn't that comfortable in it. So I decide to do some reason and found the Ergo. It's easy to put on and comfortable for me and my son. user review

This is my favorite structured carrier. One of the few structured carriers tht can be worn in the front and in the back. I've carried both my infant and my toddler of 3 years old in it! Truely a carrier you can use from infant to toddler. The biggest plus is it's daddy friendly too! user review

This is a good carrier for the older baby to wear on the front or the back. It's a nice way to take a walk with your baby, even at naptime, because the baby can sleep peacefully in it. user review

I have 3 ergos because I love them so much!!! I have been babywearing for 5 years now straight and I keep returning to my Ergo's. The organic one is definitely the softest one I own and the one I keep in my car for the most use! user review

I've had this baby carrier for 2 kids and I can't live without it. I use it everyday for grocery shopping, clothes shopping, exercising, hiking, during sermons at church, and you can wear it in the front or backside which makes it really convenient and easier on the back. I would recommend it this over the Beco because it has a small outpouch where the baby booty goes and that makes it seemingly comfortable for them. user review

Utterly amazing. I borrowed a friend of mine's. As soon as we can afford it, we will buy one of these wonderful, easy to use carriers. If you're using it for an infant, remember the infant insert!!! user review

Purchased an Ergo when my daughter was able to hold her head up. My boyfriend didn't like all of the "tying" involved in using a piece of jersey knit cloth; he wanted something more manly. So, we got an Ergo. It has worked out great for us. My daughter loves being in it and we take her hiking in it all the time. It's great not to have to use a stroller. The only problem I have is my narrow shoulders. Sometimes I feel like the straps are slipping off and I can't tighten the Ergo anymore. This mostly happens after a long hike. user review

We got this carrier when our baby was a newborn and it was cold outside. We also got the insert used for baby under 4 months. The insert along with my body heat kept the baby nice and warm. The insert is also designed so the baby doesn't have to spread their legs when they are still so tiny. I like the fact we'll be able to use this carrier for years to come. My friends backpack their 3 year- old in it. user review

I started with the Baby Bjorn which worked well until my boy's were about 18 pounds. At that point, the Bjorn really pulled on my shoulders and back so I switched to the Ergo Carrier. It was great! I was able to take 3 mile walks on our vacation in Florida without any negative side effects, and the hood was great for keeping the sun off his head. user review

I was initially using the bjorn as my carrier, but found that my shoulders were hurting after about 30 minutes of use. One of my friends suggested I use the ergo organic carrier. I was reluctant to buy another carrier, but I was glad I did. My daughter likes being carried around in the ergo and she falls asleep without any problems. Best of all, my shoulders no longer hurts and I find that I am able to do simple tasks while my daughter is being carried. user review

This is my favorite carrier! It only took me a couple trys in front of the mirror to figure out, now I can get it on very quickly! My kids love it too. Very comfortable and never hurts my back. It's also very soft! user review

I love my ergo! I don't know what I would do without it. I wear my baby while I cook, clean, hike, and anything else I can possibly manage. It's easy to put on, easy to adjust, and has basically become an extension of my body. I also love the sleeping hood/sunshade. user review

I love this product. It's much more comfortable for me than the Baby Bjorn and our baby regularly falls asleep in it so he must also be comfortable. Maybe I wasn't doing it right, but I couldn't figure out how to position my baby with the infant insert without him being in an awkward position. We used the Bjorn until he was big enough to go without the insert. My shoulders were so happy to be out of the BB! * Also, it's easy to breastfeed in this carrier. user review
