Hotslings Stretch Cotton pouches with padded edges are made of a variety of fabrics that are 97% cotton and 3%lycra/spandex. This allows the pouch to 'give' and conform around baby's body and mom's shoulder.

A pouch carrier is probably the easiest sling around. You basically just put it on, pop `em in and go!

Most babies/toddlers will outgrow the desire to be slung long before they outgrow the ability for the sling to handle their weight.

All of the Hotslings we offer feature the padded rail. Leg padding was designed for babies in the hip carry - toddlers and little babies alike - to keep your young ones from getting marks on the backside of their legs when sitting in the Hotsling pouch.

Hotslings should be washed in cold water, and hung dry. Some of the fabrics are pre-washed, and some are not. It is difficult to predict the amount of shrinkage if the sling is put in the dryer.

Correct sizing for pouch slings is essential for the happiness of both mom/dad and baby. Measure yourself from the outer edge of your shoulder to the TOP of your opposite hipbone, then refer to the chart below.

Find your best fit with the Hotslings (use pre-pregnancy weight, if you get more than one size recommended and have big boobs, broad shoulders, a big 'ole baby, or wear bulky clothes, pick the larger size.) Most people wear a 3, 4 or 5.
